Gilman Cheese is produced using 98% natural cheese blended with a few other natural ingredients. Gilman Cheese makes its processed cheese by blending natural cheeses such as Cheddar, Monterey Jack and Havarti with premium ingredients and cooking it to pasteurization. Our processed cheese has all the flavor of natural cheese with the added benefit of an extended shelf life.
