Gilman Cheese is produced using 98% Natural cheese blended with a few other natural ingredients. Gilman Cheese is known for the highest-quality processed cheese on the market and we have awards to back this up. Our manufacturing process takes the right mix of aged cheese and new cheese and combines the two. We then run the cheese through another pasteurization step to stop the aging process. This combined with our hermetically sealed packaging allows for long shelf life and ensures the cheese tastes just as good as the day it was made.
