SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS: We strongly recommend shipping this product under refrigeration at temperatures between 35 – 50 degrees F.

DO NOT FREEZE: Freezing this product will adversely affect the quality of the cheese. Specifically, freezing this cheese will result in a soft, gummy body. The customer takes full responsibility for quality issues arising from freezing the product.
