RBST free American

Is Gilman's premium American produced with cheese from cows not treated with growth hormones. This cheese is very popular in loaves and slices.

Organic American

Is Gilman's premium American produced solely from Organic certified ingredients, including Organic Cheddar cheese and Organic butter.

Kosher Cheese

Gilman is currently certified by two different rabbinical groups, Tablet K and Circle K. We produce Kosher cheese ranging from Processed Smoked Gouda to Fat Free Cheddar. Contact us for details!

    5-lb Deli Loaves are poured hot out of our cooker, cooled for 2 days, and then ready to be sliced in your grocery store's deli case.

    24-lb blocks are poured hot out of our cooker, cooled for 2 days, and ready for your slicing, cubing or shredding operation.
  • Tiromatt Packaging for Cheese

    Tiromatt packaging is our customer favorite because of the wide array of shape and size options and low cost. Tiromatt packaging provides an attractive, uniform sealed edge around the piece of cheese. Tiromatt packaging is a terrific option because of the printed film and label options that are available.
  • Cryovac Packaging for Cheese

    Cryovac

    Cryovac packaging is desirable in some gift and retail components because of the clean package appearance with a seam on only one side. This more expensive packaging option does not allow for printed film, but the hand-applied label options are endless!

Organic, RBST free and Kosher Cheese Care Instructions

  • SHELF LIFE OF DELI CHEESE AND BLOCKS: Twelve months; provided the cheese is stored at 35 - 40 degrees F.
  • SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS: Deli loaves and blocks must be under refrigeration at temperatures between 35 – 50 degrees F.
  • DO NOT FREEZE: Freezing processed cheese will adversely affect the quality of the cheese. Specifically, freezing this cheese will result in a soft, gummy body.
